Obowiązki

• planning and supervising team activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of tasks,
• supporting effective collaboration within the team and resolving conflicts when necessary,
• setting goals and monitoring progress,
• delegating tasks according to team members’ skills and capabilities,
• providing necessary tools and resources to enable effective work,
• communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and reports on operations,
• managing domestic and international shipment requests, monitoring deliveries, and sharing progress updates,
• optimizing logistics and warehouse processes (e.g., slotting, route planning),
• overseeing product lifecycle, including shipments, packaging, labeling, and customs clearance.

Wymagania

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on warehouse or vendor management,
• proven ability to oversee team operations, including daily tasks and performance coordination,
• strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels,
• english proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written),
• experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus),
• comfortable working in a fast-changing environment,
• flexibility and willingness to travel for business purposes,
• bachelor’s degree (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or management).
