Obowiązki
- planning and supervising team activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of tasks,
- supporting effective collaboration within the team and resolving conflicts when necessary,
- setting goals and monitoring progress,
- delegating tasks according to team members’ skills and capabilities,
- providing necessary tools and resources to enable effective work,
- communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and reports on operations,
- managing domestic and international shipment requests, monitoring deliveries, and sharing progress updates,
- optimizing logistics and warehouse processes (e.g., slotting, route planning),
- overseeing product lifecycle, including shipments, packaging, labeling, and customs clearance.
Wymagania
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on warehouse or vendor management,
- proven ability to oversee team operations, including daily tasks and performance coordination,
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels,
- english proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written),
- experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus),
- comfortable working in a fast-changing environment,
- flexibility and willingness to travel for business purposes,
- bachelor’s degree (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or management).
