What we expect

• Higher education, preferably in logistics.
• At least 4 years of experience in logistics and/or warehouse management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A high level of self-motivation and proactive attitude.
• Proven ability to execute plans effectively and deliver results.
• Actively engaged in company operations and committed to its success.
• Capable of implementing innovative solutions aligned with company interests.
• Skilled at motivating and leading subordinate staff.
• In-depth understanding of logistics processes and warehouse management.
• Knowledge of warehouse and logistics optimization techniques, such as Lean, ABC rotation, etc.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Polish.
• Working knowledge of some ERP system

Your tasks

• Logistics & warehouse improvement: Enhancing systems, processes, and procedures.
• Optimization of warehouse capacity and logistics costs: Ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitoring and optimization of logistics KPIs: Tracking performance and driving improvements.
• Optimization of storage processes: Streamlining material flow using Lean solutions, including the implementation of ABC rules.
• Participation in SAP implementation: Contributing to the rollout of the warehouse module.
• Enhancing warehouse staff efficiency: Driving productivity and operational excellence.
• Cost Control and optimization: Managing domestic and international transport costs effectively.
• KPI management and reporting: Overseeing and analyzing key performance indicators in logistics.
• Team management: Leading a team of warehouse staff.
• Participation in international projects: Collaborating on EMEA-level initiatives to optimize logistics and material management.
