Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the logistic team for the region to ensure the availability of goods in the warehouse for sales.
- Use and develop key performance indicators throughout the supply chain to improve performance.
- Implement methods, practices, and techniques to ensure the most economical movement of materials through the supply chain to achieve cost-effective logistics practices and inventory levels while meeting customer delivery requirements.
- Work efficiently with internal and external key partners together to improve performance.
- Manage and forecast budgets and inventory.
Qualification
- 5+ experience as a logistic planning manager as well as knowledge about warehouse and transport logistics.
- Good in supply chain/logistics knowledge and experience
- Good communication skills
- 2nd language: English speaking
- Result driven and aware of important of the results.
- Able to manage the task, flexibility and set priority to fix it on time
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Continuous learner
