Logistics Coordinator with Hungarian language skills

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate last mile road freight deliveries of LPG products
• Register and monitor customer orders; seek additional opportunities within our customer base
• Plan shipments based on availability and customer needs
• Schedule and coordinate drivers
• Stay in close contact with other internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Track orders to secure on-time delivery
• Monitor SLA performance
• Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, delivery notes, POs)
• Oversee warehouse stock levels
• Provide customers with timely updates
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
• Continuously improve and optimize processes

Our requirements

• Hungarian language: C2 or native
• 1–2 years of experience in distribution/logistics
• Strong organization and coordination skills
• University degree in Business/Logistics (preferably distribution)
• Experience with ERP/TMS systems
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, proactive mindset
• Knowledge of Polish or Romanian
• Distribution planning experience
