Barry Callebaut is currently seeking a logistics coordinator to join their team in Lodz, Poland . The ideal candidate must have the ability to develop long-range sourcing plans for the CapEx & MRO assigned categories, demonstrating a hands-on approach to achieving strategic goals. This is a fresh level full-time position offering a competitive salary range from $168,201-$313,514 per year.

Responsibilities for Logistics Coordinator:

• Develop long-range sourcing plans for the CapEx & MRO assigned categories, demonstrating a hands-on approach to achieving strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize equipment specifications to maximize processing output.
• Develop sub-category strategies that contribute toward the goals.
• Mentor internal customers on the application of contracted programs.
• Manage medium to complex projects as assigned.

Qualifications for Logistics Coordinator:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• Project management experience, preferably in a multi-plant or international environment.
• A proven background in RFI / RFP procedures for capital equipment sourcing and the MRO field.
• An understanding of capital equipment projects and the ability to support initiatives with cost analysis.
• Exhibit strong negotiation skills, a hands-on attitude, and self-motivation.
