Job Description

Your new role

You will be a Logistics Clerk responsible for maintaining and updating shipping trackers, managing ERP system entries, coordinating with global warehouses, and liaising with distributors. Additional tasks include goods receiving, container tracking, invoicing, and weekly reporting, ensuring smooth logistics operations and accurate data flow across systems.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Experience in data processing, manipulation, and customer service
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping documentation
• Ability to analyze data and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
