1. Manage platform stock
-Follow all the returns from all over Europe to the factory (damage goods, EOL goods).
-Improve reporting and monitoring tools for returns;
-Track physical stock (in and out) in collaboration with the platforms;
-Monthly reconciliation
-Be in the factory in person for discrepancy check.
-Participation and implementation of Process Reverse Logistics in collaboration with the Senior Logistic Manager;
2. Operational and Administrative Transport Management
-Monitoring loading at the factories in Poland (Zyrardow and Bydgoszcz). It consists in checking documents and SAP information, and highlighting the discrepancies. Working on improvement of the loadings to erase the discrepancies.
-Operational support for the Senior Logistics Manager.
3. Transport Disputes Management
-Create folders: Collect information and parts from the Sales Support team, transport suppliers and the factory.
-Monthly analysis and reports to be sent to the Logistics Manager and to China.
-Follow-up with transport suppliers, customers and Sales Support team.
-Follow-up of files up to the invoicing of transport disputes
4. Other related tasks from the supervisor. As it’s a new position, so new tasks should be added later.
