Responsibilities

• As a member of our logistics customer service team, provide second level customer service activities, focusing on supporting the EMEA subsidiaries and EssilorLuxottica internal business with accurate and timely information regarding shipment status and other logistics-related queries.
• Analyze data and act as a liaison between FC Poland and the business to support operations.
• Follow-up on logistics requests and issues, and support ongoing initiatives with related business partners.
• Monitor and maintain Logistics Service Levels for FC Poland cross-market operations.
• Fill in and maintain tables related to logistics settings (warehouse and transportation) aligned to business requirements.
• Maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders through regular reviews to align on logistics issues and opportunities.
• Manage daily and weekly order monitoring to verify accuracy against targets and to inform process optimization.
• Communicate operational changes to processes or deliveries to relevant departments.
• Support warehouse operations by coordinating with FC operations on courier changes impacting demand.
• Provide timely feedback on orders processing status to the corporate logistics business support EMEA department and warehouse management team.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Economics or Foreign languages.
• Experience within a Sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software packages.
• High-quality written and verbal communication skills.
• Languages: English required; Italian is a nice-to-have.
