Paris Tobacco International Manufacturing Sp. z o. o is a new, rapidly growing European company with its headquarter in Poland, part of the YSQ International Group.

Our factory is located in Skrzyńsko, near Radom.

Job Description

1. Support the SCM department by managing all warehouse-related matters across all regions.
2. Manage and ensure inventory accuracy in NAVISION and match back to Finance.
3. Plan and execute monthly stock counts.
4. Conduct periodic site audits to ensure warehouse operation meets company expectations.
5. Support continuous warehouse improvement plans within the team and departments by evaluating existing practices and actively seeking ways to achieve better outcomes, ensuring essential performance and financial targets are met, and corrective action is taken where necessary.
6. Generate monthly reports to review all warehouse-related activities.
7. Monitor and keep track of warehouse spending performance.
8. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with local government regulations.
9. Undertake projects and duties assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
2. At least 2 - 3 years of experience in warehouse operation and inventory control.
3. At least 1 – 2 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics services procurement.
