Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a Logistics & Client Service Specialist Poland & Baltics HUB to join our Logistics and Client Service team in Warsaw, reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Director. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction across Poland and the Baltic countries.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer and internal orders in CRM: order handling, complaint, resolution, pricing setup, and customer account creation.
- Ongoing contact with logistics service providers, monitoring the efficiency and timeliness of service delivery, issues resolution.
- Reporting for internal and group needs, including the quantity/value of completed orders, order fulfillment status, inventory levels, planned product availability and providing clarifications.
- Explaining the discrepancies between discrepancies between customer orders and deliveries, reconciling settlements with customers.
- Coordinating the complaints and returns process, issuing corrections.
- Being the first point of contact for the sales team regarding logistics and customer service.
- Stock analysis, preparation of product reports (expired, destroyed, etc.).
- Coordinating product deliveries to SVR e-shop.

- Coordination of data collection for environmental reporting purposes.
- Pro-actively proposing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in logistic & client service, preferably with experience in retail/pharmacy chains
- Proactive, goal and problem-solving oriented, capable of independent decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems.
- Fluent in Polish and English (knowledge of French is an asset).
