Your tasks

• supporting process of logistics invoices approval in line with agreed rates with carriers;
• maintaining Framework Orders in SAP to allow shipment cost documents proper processing;
• assuring Freight, Bill and Audit process adherence by performing controls on weeky and monthly basis;
• maintaining Global Air Freight cost report assuring all costs for performed airshipments are properly classified;
• improving and accelerating reporting by introducing new solutions and tools
