What we expect

• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Production Planning (preferred: container/sea planning) in an international environment
• Proficient level of English (B2 or higher), both spoken and written
• Completed higher education (Bachelors or Masters degree)
• Proactive approach, team-player attitude, "hands-on" attitude, and service-orientated mindset
• Knowledge of German will be a great advantage
• Proven experience with OTM/MoveIt will be an asset

Your tasks

• Plan and execute deliveries
• Secure logistics capacity from service providers based on agreed allocations as well as performance of logistics service provider and register non-conformance
• Act as a link between Order Management, Loading Department, Logistics Network and Sourcing, Production Planning, Inhouse Salesand Service Providers
• Ensure perfect order fulfillment (order & delivery management)
• Determine product availability
• Guarantee cost and service efficient logistics planning(sea and land planning)
• Optimize payloads by taking safety considerations into account
• Work pro-actively in deviation and exception reporting
