Your Duties

• Optimize logistical processes to increase efficiency and improve overall TAT
• Leading teams of Receiving, Warehousing, Internal Transport, Shipping and ensure high-quality service
• Ensure high level of Safety & Quality standards in the area of responsibility
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of processes
• Analyze logistics data, track KPIs adherence and prepare reports for management
• Implement innovative solutions and tools for logistics management
• Maintain contacts with suppliers and carriers

Our Requirements

• Higher education, preferably in logistics, management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience of leadership in managerial role
• Knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes is as asset
• Proactive approach to management and problem-solving
• Analytical skills and ability to plan effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and work in a team
• Good knowledge of IT tools
• Openness to change and a desire for continuous process improvement, experience in transformational projects
• Stress resilience and management of difficult situation
• Fluent English - C1
