About the Role
We are seeking passionate, detail‑oriented Game Localization QA Testers with native‑level Dutch skills to join our dynamic team in Warsaw. Youll test a wide variety of titles—from exciting indie games to high‑profile AAA releases—and help ensure the best possible experience for Dutch‑speaking players.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and help resolve linguistic and localization issues across multiple game platforms
- Complete test cases and checklists in line with established QA processes
- Write clear and comprehensive bug reports according to company and client standards
- Use your cultural and market knowledge to influence product quality and player experience
- Proactively look for gaps in test coverage and suggest improvements
- Collaborate closely with partner teams to deliver high‑quality results
- Provide constructive feedback on language, gameplay, and game balance
- Perform additional tasks as required
What Were Looking For
- Native‑level Dutch with excellent grammar, spelling, and linguistic awareness
- Good command of English (all documentation and team communications are in English)
- Regular gamer with a genuine passion for video games
- Previous experience in Localization QA (LQA) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science, game design, or related field is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail; positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced and creative environment
- Must have the legal right to work in Poland (Polish/EU citizenship or valid work permit required)
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Warsaw during core business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 hours/day)
Bonus Points For
- Previous experience in game testing, localization, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Mantis, Bugzilla, ADO) or CAT tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ)
- Understanding of various testing methodologies
