,[Conducting market assessment and analysis to identify localization needs in new regions or for new products, setting the vision for the team, and unleveling localization for the company , Managing the localization budget, including forecasting expenses and ensuring compliance with established limits. , Supporting quality standards and creating quality control procedures for translations and localized content. , Collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, product, technical support) to align localized content with the companys strategy and user needs. , Providing training and consultations for colleagues from other departments on best localization practices and utilization of available tools. , People management - managing a team of localization specialists, hiring people, conducting interviews, managing the teams workload. , Overseeing localization efforts for the products across 5+ languages, including marketing creatives, educational content, recipes, meal plans, workouts, documentation, etc. , Achieving target localization costs by implementing process automation and utilizing AI technologies (deepl, gpt4 etc) , Investigating and implementing strategies to optimize localization processes. , Managing relationships with localization contractors (voiceovers, translators, proofreaders) expanding or optimizing resources as per product requirements. , Adapting product and content strategies to accommodate the expansion of localization efforts and exploring new formats.
