As a Localization Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex localization programs for a major client. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvements through technology and process optimization. This role requires strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Act as the main point of contact for program execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate teams to deliver localization projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost savings.
• Monitor quality and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and lead regular business reviews and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, resource needs, and cost estimates.
• Implement customized workflows and procedural improvements.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within localization or translation services.
• Fluent German and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills, including presentations to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
• Additional languages are a plus.
