Local SAP Manager

YOUR TEAM:

Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest IT solutions. Due to the dynamic growth of the Capgemini Package Based Services Team in Gdańsk and planned expansion into new markets, we are looking for a leader of the local SAP team. As the SAP Manager you will be accountable for the development of the team and increasing its competences to be able to satisfy the needs of our clients and deliver SAP services with the best quality. You will play a leading role in designing the IT architecture of our clients.

You will provide strategic advice to our clients, supporting digital transformation of their enterprises.

YOUR TASKS:

• Leading a team of SAP consultants, ensuring the development of competences and growth of the team;
• As a member of the project team, analyzing business cases from an IT perspective, and preparing project studies;
• Creating necessary project documentation: blueprints, documentation of own solutions, business processes and specifications for developers;
• Managing the operational side of SAP projects, ensuring high quality of services provided to our clients;
• Providing strategic advice to our clients, supporting digital transformation of their enterprises;
• Supporting pre-sales activities: defining the scope, designing processes, participating in quotation of future projects from the SAP portfolio solutions.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have several years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP solutions in one of the roles: Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Project Manager;
• You already have experience in managing a team of consultants in projects in the SAP environment;
• You have deep understanding and experience across functional domains, business processes, SAP products and awareness of new technologies & trends;

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in S/4HANA implementation or transformation;
• Experience in creating a project offer: defining the scope, designing processes etc.
