Local Product Manager Benelux (Dutch speaking)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our centralized localization team. The role focuses on driving compliance, product strategy, development, and growth in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Responsibilities
- Stay up‑to‑date with local regulations and business practices to ensure product compliance.
- Develop and execute product strategies tailored to the Benelux region, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Lead requirement gathering for localized features from ideation to launch.
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Present product strategies and roadmap updates to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with local sales and marketing teams to develop effective go‑to‑market strategies and support product launches.
- Manage relationships with key partners and vendors in the Benelux region.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Dutch languages.
- Experience working in or with the Benelux market; Dutch local government industry experience is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- Understanding of project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Benelux market, including consumer trends and behaviors.
- Familiarity with local regulations and business practices.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
- Product Management certification (e.g., AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Willingness to travel as required.
