Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute bottom-up merchandise financial planning strategies by country and category to achieve LxL sales, stock cover, and full-price sell-through targets
  • Define sales, stock, and markdown budgets and forecasts by category, region, and country
  • Set bottom-up sales and markdown targets and recommend range framework principles (price points, clusters, key attributes)
  • Establish key parameters to maximize availability (stock density, size curves, size packs) by market cluster
  • Define sales and markdown phasing and align stock and delivery plans to regional and country specifics
  • Provide market and regional context to strengthen the consolidated merchandise strategy
  • Monitor weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance, identifying risks and opportunities and proposing corrective actions
  • Support OTB management to maximize performance and control terminal stock levels
  • Analyze commercial campaigns and assortment performance, delivering insights and post-mortem analyses
  • Collaborate closely with local Operations, Category Planning, and central teams to optimize profitability and performance
  • Identify key learnings, market trends, and customer insights to anticipate product needs and drive strategic initiatives

Our requirements

  • Higher education degree, preferably in Merchandise Planning or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry
  • Strong understanding of merchandise financial planning and retail performance drivers
  • High level of English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, international environment
  • Proactive, commercial, and self-motivated mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and people-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel frequently across markets and countries
