For our client, an international company in the financial industry, which is opening a new branch in Wrocław, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Loan Back Office Specialist

What we expect

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• 5-7 years of experience in loan administration, credit risk management, or a similar role within a financial institution
• Strong knowledge of KNF regulations
• Experience in loan documentation, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting (KNF compliance
• Proficiency in financial analysis, credit rating models, and loan portfolio management
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English

Your tasks

• Handle loan documentation, ensuring compliance with KNF and local requirements as well as internal credit policies
• Process new loans, renewals, and modifications, ensuring accurate execution and adherence to contractual terms
• Maintain comprehensive loan records, including agreements, amendments, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with KNF regulations, local reporting requirements, and group-wide credit risk policies
• Support regulatory audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries
• Monitor and manage delinquency cases, supporting collections and restructuring efforts
• Conduct credit screenings and assist in the preparation of regulatory credit risk reports
• Monitor loan performance, ensuring adherence to repayment schedules
• Serve as the liaison between loan operations, risk management, and external regulatory bodies
