Informacje o stanowisku

responsibilities :


  • Manages daily administration of the LMS (Cornerstone), including integration of internal and external e-learning content, coordination of classroom event management and related communications, global e-learning assignment management, and user integration support in collaboration with HRIS departments.
  • Acts as the second-level technical escalation point for Local Key Users, providing guidance and empowerment to handle front-end queries independently.
  • Conducts root cause analysis to identify and eliminate recurring technical issues, focusing on long-term resolution rather than temporary fixes.
  • Provides training and support to instructors and learners on how to use the LMS effectively. Creates clear instructions and technical documentation to standardize processes and minimize repetitive support requests.
  • Standardizes, collects, and analyzes LMS usage data and reports, monitoring learner progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and 3rd-party e-learning providers to clarify technical specifications and coordinates with external consultants on larger projects.
  • Provides input on the quality and user experience of e-learning content to ensure high engagement and acceptance.

requirements-expected :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Business Informatics, or related field
  • English language level allowing business communication
  • Relevant experience with LMS administration or technical system configurations
  • Career-changer or tech-savvy professional with passion for logical problem-solving
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools is an advantage
  • Presenting level of commitment, responsibility, ownership
