Technologies-expected : Salesforce Jira Confluence technologies-optional : Adobe Learning Manager Moodle Tableau about-project : Collaborate with the Senior Learning Tech Lead and Product Owner to evaluate the feasibility and conduct risk analysis for the ALM LMS implementation across EMEA divisions and business units. Focus on supporting technical implementation and integrations to enhance system capabilities and support training effectiveness and business goals for the EDUCARE team. responsibilities : 1. Ensuring Seamless LMS Integrations Management: Oversee and perform LMS integrations, ensuring a well-documented and risk-mitigated process. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation processes. Ensure uninterrupted user access and service continuity. Proactively identify and address potential critical issues. 2. Legacy System Migration: Identify and document business requirements. Evaluate current data, applications, infrastructure, and dependencies. Conduct risk assessments and plan/test migration. Execute migration and conduct post-migration testing and user acceptance testing. 3. Learning Analytics and Reporting: Update and maintain learning analytics dashboards (e.g., Tableau). Gather reporting requirements and provide actionable insights. Train and support end-users on learning analytics reports. Track and report LMS usage and engagement. 4. Techno-Functional Support: Implement features and leverage Adobe Learning Manager APIs in EDUCARE. Conduct training sessions and provide technical support. Test and collect evidence for bug fixes and manage enhancement requests. 5. System(s) Quarterly Release Updates: Conduct thorough testing of quarterly releases. Identify and analyze potential risks and propose mitigation strategies. Evaluate the impact of releases on user experience and system performance. Prepare and deliver presentations on quarterly releases. requirements-expected : 1. Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud and subsystems. Ability to manage Salesforce integrations and customization. 2. LMS Integration Admin Experience: Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Learning Manager, Moodle). Familiarity with learning analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau). 3. Quality System Requirements: Knowledge of quality management systems and standards. Experience in conducting risk assessments and risk management strategies. 4. Technical Skills: Development and deployment of Adobe Learning Manager APIs. Proficiency in data migration processes and tools. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 5. Communication and Collaboration: Proficiency in training users on new systems and features. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 6. Academic Background: Solid foundation in IT principles, systems integration, and software development. Understanding of instructional design, educational technologies, and training methodologies.
