Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Machine Learning Operations / Large Language Model Operations (MLOps / LLMOps) Engineer to join us in Warsaw. In this role, together with Data Scientists and Data Engineers, you will be responsible for streamlining the process of taking machine learning (ML) models to production. You will participate in designing and building these models, data pre-processing, performance tuning of ML models, etc. Furthermore, you will also work on projects and initiatives where Large Language Models (LLMs) will be leveraged in the broader context of Generative AI solutions.

We are looking for You, if You:

1. have excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a semi-remote, globally distributed team.
2. have working knowledge of Python.
3. have hands-on experience of building complex data pipelines, e.g. in Apache Spark.
4. have hands-on experience with technologies and frameworks used in ML, e.g. sklearn, MLFlow, etc.
5. have hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks, as well as fine-tuning and bringing Large Language Models to production.

Youll get extra points for:

1. being a continuous learner with a curious mindset, who is collaborative and passionate about helping others to grow and improve.
2. knowledge of MLOps & LLMOps architectures and practices.
3. experience with deployment and provisioning automation tools and concepts, e.g. Docker, Openshift, CI/CD.
4. hands-on experience of working with Google Gemini LLM and Vertex AI Platform.
5. good understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and Agentic Workflow frameworks.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
