What kind of task-oriented responsibilities you should expect:

1. Create and execute events and promotion plans for engagement, excitement, and monetization;
2. Perform analysis on KPI and sales trends within our games;
3. Analyze and understand the game economies that are driving retention and monetization of our products;
4. Develop and test hypotheses to improve the events and offers;
5. Provide feedback to product development to improve product performance and service quality;
6. Collaborate with Producers, Developers, Project Managers, QA, Customer Support, and Community Managers to deliver best-in-class player experience;
7. Report product statuses and findings in a structured and timely manner to relevant stakeholders.

Job requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a Live Operator in f2p game;
• Proven capability to make accurate decisions based on limited available information;
• At least 2 years of experience managing project schedules, development timelines, and project releases;
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people;
• Ability to self-start and work independently;
• Exceptional detail orientation, leadership, organization and time management skills, dependability, and flexibility required;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude are required. Strong ability to create and conduct presentations to a diverse audience;
• Nice to have: knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
