The Legal Department provides day‑to‑day legal services and support to the company, working closely with individual departments and management and participating in the company’s business processes. The 9‑person team is responsible for drawing up legal opinions, preparing drafts of agreements, procedures and other legal documents, and providing legal support during meetings with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing legal support to internal departments on contract negotiations in civil and commercial law, intellectual property, personal data protection (approx. 70% of time).
• Conduct litigation independently in civil, commercial, and labor law (approx. 30% of time).
• Prepare and review model contracts, procedures and other legal documents applicable to the company.
• Prepare and organize training courses for internal departments.
• Provide business and legal support across all aspects of operations.

Requirements

• Higher education in law.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department, including independent litigation in business and labor cases and contract review in the IT industry.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
• Strong organization, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize agilely.
• Excellent written communication, able to convey complex issues clearly to business people.
• Willingness to work a 3‑4 month on‑site assignment followed by a hybrid model.
• Knowledge of Polish language and residence in Poland required.
