Litigation Lawyer – Sii Poland
The Legal Department provides day‑to‑day legal services and support to the company, working closely with individual departments and management. The 9‑person team is responsible for drafting legal opinions, preparing agreements, procedures, and other documents binding in Sii, and providing legal support during client and contractor meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing legal support to internal departments during contract negotiations in civil, business, IP and data protection law (≈70% of the time)
- Independently conduct litigation in civil, business and labour law (≈30% of the time)
- Prepare and review model contracts, procedures and other legal documents applicable to the company
- Develop and deliver training courses for internal departments
- Provide business and legal support across all company operations
Qualifications
- Higher education in law
- At least 5 years experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, including independent litigation in business and labour cases and contract review in the IT industry
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Strong work organization, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize flexibly
- Clear and concise communication of complex issues to business audiences
- Willingness to work on a desktop model for 3‑4 months, then hybrid
- Knowledge of Polish language and residency in Poland required
