Litigation Lawyer – Sii Poland
Join the Legal Department, a 9‑person team that provides day‑to‑day legal services and support to the company’s business processes. The role focuses on corporate, civil, business, intellectual property, and data protection law.
Your tasks
- Provide ongoing legal support to internal departments during contract negotiations in civil, business, intellectual property, and personal data protection law (approximately 70% of working time).
- Conduct independent litigation in civil law, business law and labor law (approximately 30% of working time).
- Prepare and review model contracts, procedures and other legal documents applicable to the company.
- Design and deliver training courses for internal departments.
- Offer business and legal support in all aspects of the company’s operations.
Requirements
- Higher education in law.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department, including independent litigation in business and labor cases and contract review in the IT industry.
- Very good oral and written English skills.
- Excellent work organization, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize flexibly.
- Clear, precise communication of complex legal concepts to business stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on a desktop model during the 3–4 month implementation period, then transition to a hybrid model.
- Knowledge of Polish language and residency in Poland.
