Are you ready to make an impact in global liquidity risk management? As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in producing regulatory reports that shape our financial strategy.

As a Liquidity Risk Reporting Senior Analyst within the Treasury and the Chief Investment Office (TCIO), you will support daily and monthly liquidity risk reporting processes. You will work with other team members to validate, reconcile, and correct various liquidity risk data, and their consumption into liquidity reporting and regulatory submissions to FED/PRA/ECB and APAC regulators. You will work in a Warsaw‑based team and collaborate with members in Bangalore, London, Hong Kong, Delaware, and New Jersey, providing support to stakeholders worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and ownership of the production of internal and external liquidity regulatory reporting (LCR, ALMM, NSFR) in line with Basel guidance
  • Perform financial product day‑to‑day data analysis to identify & resolve liquidity reporting data issues within extensive data sets
  • Perform product reconciliations & assist with daily variance analysis
  • Identify improvements and leverage available toolsets (Alteryx, Tableau, Excel) to own and implement changes through to completion
  • Improve timeliness and reduce operational risk to the firm

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in the reporting area or large data set operations
  • Experience working with large data sets and advanced literacy navigating within those
  • Experience or interest with financial instruments such as deposits, loans, bonds, derivatives
  • Experience or interest within liquidity risk management in financial institutions
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Finance, or Business)
  • Strong analytic acumen and attention to detail
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and assigned workload
  • Teamwork attitude
  • Adherence to a 5‑day‑a‑week work‑from‑the‑office model with firm‑wide rules and managerial exceptions
