responsibilities :
Linux and Virtual Workplace Administration
Implement and troubleshoot Linux Systems on workplace devices
Maintain developer specific Linux Distributions and installation processes
Create and Maintain Templates executed on client-based virtualization solutions
Projects IT – Client & Platform Services
Implementation of new solutions according to the standards of the Phoenix Contact group and local projects
Documentation of IT systems in gitlab and comparable technologies
requirements-expected :
At least 2-3 years of experience as a ServiceDesk Specialist or IT System Administrator
Experience in managing and administering Linux systems
Managing and administering client-based virtualization solutions
Knowledge of automating and managing GitLab repositories and CI/CD processes
Practical experience in incident management and troubleshooting
Good English skills (Level B2)
High willingness to learn and motivation to engage with new topics
An additional advantage will be : Experience working with ITSM Systems and processes (ITIL methodology) Knowledge of Linux and management software for large environments; Proficiency in handling central management and monitoring systems; Network and
