• You’ll support critical infrastructure, manage system operations, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage standard Linux and cluster system operations
• Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external communications
• Handle incidents, problems, and change requests on RedHat systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and system stability
• Identify areas for automation and process improvement
• Conduct regular system health checks and implement parameter changes
• Ensure the quality of operational deliverables
• Write and validate operational documentation and runbooks
• Support documentation efforts for project handovers to delivery and operations teams
• Share knowledge and train future support team members

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Linux systems
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to resolve problems and navigate conflicts effectively
• Fluency in German is required
• Eligibility to obtain necessary security clearances (ZVÜ/KRK, SÜ1, SÜ2)
