We would like to invite you to join a team of professionals who work for our global Customer who specialize in microprocessors manufacturing.

We are looking for engineers to join their Kernel Driver focused team where you will be working closely with the multi-disciplined engineering teams across Customers European design centers to develop drivers for the current and the next generation of GPUs.

Your primary responsibility will be the development and maintenance of the Kernel Driver but other activities may also include:

• Participating in the design, implementation and testing of new features.
• Working closely with other software teams to integrate driver modules.
• Maintaining the existing code base: fixing bugs.
• Reviewing other peoples code.
• Writing and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Proficiency in C programming.
• Experience developing Linux kernel components and/or device drivers.
• Deep understanding of computer architecture and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in problem solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with version control and bug tracking systems.
• Excellent team working skills, self-motivated and results focused.
• Practical, organized, and analytical approach to work.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ARM embedded systems and virtualization/hypervisor software
• Familiar with Android system software development and debugging
• Interest in graphics and compute APIs - Vulkan, OpenGL ES, OpenCL
• Experience of software development for a commercial organization.
