Obowiązki

• manage daily operations for Linux systems and compute clusters,
• serve as the primary contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders,
• ensure smooth execution of standard operational procedures,
• handle incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in Red Hat environments,
• coordinate and align with the client on operational matters,
• identify and propose opportunities for automation and process optimization,
• perform regular system health checks and proactively address issues,
• coordinate and implement parameter changes in line with requirements,
• ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards,
• collaborate with the project team to create and validate runbooks,
• support the project team in preparing documentation for handover to delivery or operational teams,
• share knowledge and provide guidance to enable future support teams.

Wymagania

• at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Linux-based systems,
• strong communication, presentation, and reporting abilities, with a focus on servant leadership,
• proven skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution,
• experience with Terraform and Ansible is a plus; a strong willingness to learn these tools is essential,
• very good knowledge of English and German (spoken and written).
