• Providing incident report details information, providing good customer service.
• Network config in new server, add in domain, patching, Health checkup of windows server.
• Experienced in Command centre Monitoring, Network Config on Linux
• OS access management, local group policy management, OS security hardening, OS performance issues troubleshooting, folder level permission management.
• Performance issues like- High CPU, High Memory, OS hungs, OS repair, unexpected OS reboots.
• Daily operations, P1 & P2 incident, major change activity, Root cause analysis, change management
• Patch and Package administration
• Writing shell scripts to accomplish day to day system administration task
• Configuring and supporting domain on HP Superdome Servers
• Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue
• Capacity planning and fine tune system for optimal performance
• Understanding of SAN and NAS storage.
