Our main product, the web application omnicalculator.com, contains over 3600 custom-built calculators co-created by experts in various fields of science. It is visited over 20 million times a month. Role overview:

We seek an experienced Link Building Specialist who can demonstrate expertise in building high-quality links. The role primarily involves generating links from external websites to specific calculators and developing a scalable, cost-effective strategy for generating links from high-traffic websites. The successful candidate will be pivotal in scaling the link-building team and establishing effective outreach processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a scalable and cost-effective strategy for generating links from high-authority websites.
• Identify high-authority websites for outreach and link acquisition.
• Conduct competitive backlink analysis to identify and leverage link-building opportunities.
• Acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites for specific calculators, enhancing their search engine rankings.
• Conduct daily outreach activities, including cold emailing.
• Scale the link-building team after successfully initiating link-building yourself, serving as a founding member.
• Track, report, and analyze link-building campaigns and their impact on SEO rankings and website traffic.
• Ensure compliance with Googles Webmaster Guidelines to avoid penalties related to link-building activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building high-quality links
• High determination and goal orientation to achieve results.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Embrace experimentation and continuously test and compare success rates of different approaches.
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of SEO metrics and tools (e.g., Ahrefs and Semrush)
• Provide scalable and cost-effective solutions.
• You can work CET hours.

Employment terms:

• Contract type of your choosing - B2B or Contract of Employment
• The first contract will be signed for six months
• Salary (monthly): 
• EURO: 1 680 - 2 200 net B2B or 1 390 - 1 850 gross CoE 
• PLN (Poland-located employees): 7 300 - 9 600 net B2B or 6 000 - 8 000 gross CoE
• Work equipment such as a laptop or headphones
• Flexible working schedule, fully remote or hybrid, with the possibility of working from our office location in Poland: Mikołajska St. in Kraków

Recruitment process:   

1. An introduction call with the recruiter where you will learn more about the position (30-40 minutes) 
2. Case study: We would like to learn more about your working style. The task should not take more than 4 hours to complete
3. Presentation of work with a discussion of role-related knowledge (60 minutes)
4. Cognitive Ability and Culture Fit Interview with our COO and Head of HR (90 minutes)
5. Finally, we may ask for references from your previous employers.
