Responsibilities
- Work on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC, with work being reviewed by senior or experienced engineers.
- Perform daily work under a designer’s supervision, including geometric design of linear infrastructures (railways).
- Set standards and procedures for CAD and 3D works.
- Deliver complex drawings in 2D and 3D along different stages of the design development.
- Assign and coordinate tasks to other technical or administrative staff, mainly related to drafting or geometrical modelling.
- Train less experienced staff in preparation of drawing and graphic elements.
Qualifications
- Experience working on highway or railway designs, management of traffic, etc. (+2 years) and clear appetite to develop a technical career in that field.
- Work experience in geometrical design using at least one of the following software packages: InRoads, OpenRoads/OpenRail, Rail Track, Civil 3D, Geopak, 12d Model.
- Proficiency in CAD software (preferably AutoCAD and/or MicroStation).
At least intermediate level of English (spoken and written).Bachelor or Master degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Job Information
