  • Organizing and managing the industrial and economic activity of the line
  • Keeping safety requirements, weekly plan accomplishment, quality products, their storage and shipment, implementation of the production plan and the effective work of the line
  • If necessary, making changes in the weekly production plan, initiating actions to eliminate defects and non-conformities on the lines
  • Ensuring that employees of production sections follow the requirements for the use of cleaning equipment, detergents or disinfectants
  • Providing following the established requirements and standards concerning shifts passing, equipment, work-places and determines the needs of professions, number of personnel
  • Controlling the contractor’s activity at the manufacture
  • Developing instructions for safety and during the shift controls following the requirements on safety, labor and fire safety, sanitary conditions and GMP
  • Cooperating with employees of other services concerning introduction of new products, technologies, regulations in all directions of department responsibility
  • Controlling the work performance in accordance with specifications and technological process. Controlling following safety standards and rules, labor and fire safety, and sanitation
  • Providing IL6S culture at the production, conducting weekly meetings with employees

Our requirements

  • University degree (preferably in the food industry or economic)
  • Deep knowledge of food production technology
  • Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes (IL6S, statistical methods, loss analysis)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Awareness company policies, HACCP, SS&E, FSSC 22000, QCMS
  • Good command in English and Polish

  • This role helps ensure the sustained continuity of technical mastery and line leadership in manufacturing, by leading a key line of the business (technical, system or organizational) to deliver results defined by the compelling business need of the site. You ensure that key business results are achieved and for developing others to ensure the sustained continuity of technical mastery on the manufacturing line. Using a systematic approach, you use strategic thinking skills to ensure results are sustained over the long term.
  • In your likely first managerial role, you will ensure that Mondelēz International’s safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets are achieved for the lines for which you are responsible by breaking down section targets into line and unit targets and ensuring that employees understand their individual performance goals related to the overall targets. In this role, you will also develop budgets and be responsible for costs control management, governance and compliance, loss elimination and workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, development, succession planning, and the identification of high potential team members. Without you, we would not be able to deliver high-quality snacks to our customers.
