,[Leading a team of 30 to 50 members (depending on experience), ensuring software engineers professional growth and engagement., Making decisions regarding salaries, promotions, and career paths., Representing the company to clients, particularly in acquiring new projects (pre-sales) and showcasing company expertise., Collaborating with the recruitment and employer branding teams to hire new software engineers and foster their retention within the company., Allocating specialists to projects, considering both company needs and employee development goals., Supporting T&M and body-leasing projects and occasionally preparing technical sections of sales proposals (infrequent).
