Join Power People! We are looking for a LIMS Support Specialist with hands‑on experience in LabWare LIMS or other LIMS‑class systems. You will work on a project in the Food & Beverage industry, supporting laboratory processes in a GxP‑compliant environment. The role involves L2/L3 support, issue resolution, coordination of changes, and participation in small‑scale projects.
Your Tasks
- Provide support to lab users and lab equipment (barcode scanners, ZPL printers)
- Troubleshoot operational errors, data transfer issues, and LIMS scheduler problems
- Investigate and resolve SQL database issues and file share errors
- Manage and troubleshoot LabWare LIMS, including workflows and user permissions
- Support implementation of new lab processes and small‑scale projects
Requirements
- Proven experience with LabWare LIMS or another LIMS‑class system (SME/Support)
- Good understanding of T‑SQL and database structures
- Experience in application and interface management
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows OS issues in lab environments
- Fluency in German (mandatory)
