LIMS Support Specialist

Join Power People! We are looking for a LIMS Support Specialist with hands-on experience in LabWare LIMS or other LIMS-class systems. You will work on a project in the Food & Beverage industry, supporting laboratory processes in a GxP-compliant environment. The role involves L2/L3 support, issue resolution, coordination of changes, and participation in small-scale projects.

• Provide support to lab users and lab equipment (barcode scanners, ZPL printers)
• Troubleshoot operational errors, data transfer issues, and LIMS scheduler problems
• Investigate and resolve SQL database issues and file share errors
• Manage and troubleshoot LabWare LIMS, including workflows and user permissions
• Support implementation of new lab processes and small-scale projects
