We’re looking for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager to implement and execute impactful lifecycle campaigns (e-mail, sms, push), streamline processes, and drive operational initiatives forward. Reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll build smart automations and focus on what truly drives results. As a member of Lifecycle Team, you’ll work side by side with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, sales, and customer experience to drive growth across the whole customer journey - from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, cross-sell, and retention. To do well here, you’ll bring sharp analytical and experimentation skills, an eye for detail and a passion for personalized marketing. You’ll also be comfortable getting hands-on with campaign builds (in tools like Braze and Customer.io) and enjoy turning data and creativity into impact. Salary: 17 000 – 22 000 PLN + VAT on B2B or equivalent on the contract of employment. Form of employment of your choosing. Remote work from anywhere in Poland (workation possible).
