SwingDev—a hippo company is the Polish branch of a fast-growing InsurTech product company – Hippo Insurance. Our goal is to protect the joy of homeownership. We believe that insurance should protect the things people treasure through an intuitive, modern experience. We provide tailored insurance coverage and preventative maintenance plans that keep our clients protected throughout their homeowner journey. We also help them find coverage for everything life brings—from auto to flood—reimagining how people care for their homes.

Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager to implement and execute impactful lifecycle campaigns (e-mail, sms, push), streamline processes, and drive operational initiatives forward. Reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll build smart automations and focus on what truly drives results. As a member of Lifecycle Team, you’ll work side by side with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, sales, and customer experience to drive growth across the whole customer journey - from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, cross-sell, and retention. To do well here, you’ll bring sharp analytical and experimentation skills, an eye for detail and a passion for personalized marketing. You’ll also be comfortable getting hands-on with campaign builds (in tools like Braze and Customer.io) and enjoy turning data and creativity into impact. What you’ll do

  • Code dynamic, personalized campaigns across email, push and SMS using HTML, CSS, and Liquid, leveraging modular code and API-driven data to create scalable, flexible customer journeys.
  • Design, QA, and optimize multi-channel journeys in Braze (Canvases, API triggers, segment filters, Liquid logic, content blocks, personalization).
  • Write complex personalization logic using advanced Liquid conditions, loops, and filters to parse and render dynamic content from JSON objects.
  • Integrate and troubleshoot APIs by configuring endpoints, testing integrations, and collaborating with engineering to resolve data pipeline or system issues.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CRM performance, proactively identifying and resolving SMS delivery errors, broken links, or UTM mismatches using Braze logs, Google Postmaster, and CDPs.
  • Segment and target audiences by behavioral, demographic, or custom criteria, collaborating with data and product teams using SQL and Tableau.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Marketing teams to align requirements, improve processes, and enhance campaigns.
  • Improve operational workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable processes for testing, documentation, link libraries, and reporting standardization.
  • Manage projects end-to-end by overseeing timelines, writing tickets, and planning sprints to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor platform health by tracking Braze, Customer.io, and deliverability tools (Google Postmaster, Microsoft SNDS) to identify risks or issues affecting CRM performance.

Salary and benefits

Salary: 17 000 – 22 000 PLN + VAT on B2B or equivalent on the contract of employment. Form of employment of your choosing. Remote work from anywhere in Poland (workation possible).
