What does the job involve?
Responsible for Safe Work practices, planning, execution and monitoring of lifecycle operations and preventative as well as unplanned maintenance of the facilities, equipment, tools, and systems used to acquire energy resources. Includes identification and evaluation of operational risks and setting operational performance targets and measures.
May include oversight/scheduling of a preventative maintenance program and maintenance related functional activities as job planning, scheduling, shift control, performance monitoring and liaisons with operations groups to ensure equipment/plant scheduled downtimes are coordinated effectively.

Additionally, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and industry standards, upholding data integrity and transparency as key pillars of the organization’s operations.
Here’s what we expect from you
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in document management or control preferably within an engineering or construction‑based industry, regulated industry experience would be a plus.
- Technical documentation management experience.
- Previous experience of using CMMS systems (SAP, MAXIMO, other) required, ideally having been previously in a CMMS super‑user / admin position.
- Ability to independently navigate through a large corporation and its management system and stakeholders.
- Good ability to work independently and take ownership for delivery on the core responsibilities.
- Good general IT literacy.
- Professional working level of Polish and English, both oral and written required.
