Job Description
Development, establishment, coordination and control of license management in Bosch Mobility for the charging of IT software to the worldwide Legal Entities.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Acting as a Software License Coordinator for Mobility Business Unit at Bosch;
- Tracking of license costs and users, coordinating with Bosch tax department, central departments, IT departments and internal project managers;
- Coordinating with Project-Leads, calculating charging to plants for the projects S/4HANA and Kinaxis rollout, and announcing to the plants;
- Coordinating process to activate cost for the internal development of IT-Software as "incidental acquisition costs";
- Defining and establishing of a standardized process for the licensing of IT-Software (in-house developed), and documenting the results for external audits;
- Monitoring and managing software licenses for the Mobility Business Unit, including tracking usage, renewals, and compliance with licensing agreements.
Qualifications
Profile:
- Experience in software license management or a related field;
- Familiarity with software licensing laws and regulations;
- 2-3 years experience in the area of international transfer price regulations;
- Knowledge in the areas: internal services, licences and transfer price management (in German);
- Experience in negotiating licensing agreements with vendors;
- Strong analytical and controlling abilities;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Study of economics;
- German and English language fluently.
