We are seeking a talented License Manager to join our Global IT Service Management team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of handling and optimizing our software licenses, with a particular focus on Microsoft and Oracle products.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize software licenses across the organization, focusing on Microsoft and Oracle products
2. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with licensing agreements
3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize software usage and reduce costs
4. Support negotiations with vendors to secure favorable licensing terms and conditions
5. Provide expert advice on complex licensing scenarios to internal stakeholders
6. Stay up-to-date with changes in licensing models and communicate impacts to the business
7. Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Finance teams to align software asset management with business objectives
8. Implement and maintain software asset management tools and processes

As our ideal candidate, you bring

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software license management, preferably in a large enterprise environment
2. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle licensing models, policies, and compliance requirements
3. Experience with software asset management tools and methodologies
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. ITIL certification preferred
