• Continuously monitor the IAM environment for issues, performance metrics, and potential threats
• Generate and analyze reports on system health, performance, and compliance status.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution (Issue Handling, Performance Tuning, Patch Mgmt)
• System Maintenance and Upgrades
• Integrations, API and Connector Maintenance
• Script Development and Workflow Automation
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

Wymagania

• Knowledge of SailPoint solution, including its architecture, components, and functionalities.
• Understanding of SailPoint connectors and APIs for managing integrations with third-party applications.
• Familiarity with identity and access management topics (e.g., directory services, identity lifecycle, privilege management).
• Technical skills in Java (Beanshell), VBA, SQL, LDAP, Active Directory, PowerShell, Linux, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to performance, configurations, and integrations.
• Skills in tuning and optimizing SailPoint performance for system efficiency.
• Experience in handling critical incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Fluency in spoken and written English (at least B2 level).
