Grupa American Heart of Poland (Grupa AHP) provides patients in more than 20 medical centers nationwide with comprehensive, continuous, multi-disciplinary, modern medical care, integrating health education, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in the scope of civilizational diseases, under contract with the National Health Fund. We are part of Gruppo San Donato (GSD), one of the largest Italian medical groups with institutes, diagnostic centers, hospitals and the Vita Salute San Raffaele University in Milan.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and treating patients.
• Collaborating with other specialists and the medical team.
• Maintaining medical documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Providing patients with preventive advice and information on treatment and post-hospital care.

Qualifications

• Medical higher education and specialization in medical rehabilitation.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Ability to conduct examinations and diagnose musculoskeletal disorders.
• Knowledge of current rehabilitation methods and techniques.
• Communication skills and ability to work with patients of different ages.
• Ability to work in a team and flexible approach to patients.
