Knowledge of and experience with usage, configuration, administration and governance of contract lifecycle management tools, matter management tools, external counsel spend tracking tools, litigation reporting tools, contract repositories and e-signature solutions
Experience in managing contract and document templates, contracting process, stages, stakeholders, input and output
Experience with setting up self-service solutions in legal, risk compliance, obligations management, audit facilitation, workload reporting, single "source of truth" for the organization
Experience in using Sharepoint, PowerBI, advanced MS Office functionalities
Managing various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s reques
Wymagania
University education
Previous shared services experience will be a plus, preferably in a legal context, but not necessarily required
Fluent English
Good overall knowledge of MS Office, IT systems, excellent oral and written communication skills, learning on the fly ability, very well organized problem solver
Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas)
Hands-on experience with Power BI; ability to build and maintain dashboards
