Key responsibilities
- Contract and file management, regulatory compliance and administrative legal support in multiple jurisdictions in Poland, France and other EMEA jurisdictions.
- Drafting templates for research, presales, sales, support and other features of Arteris’ business.
- Software and IP licensing coverage throughout EMEA, assistance with global accounts.
- Multi-language translation of documents, contracts, policies and templates (English/French/Polish).
- Resident in-house expert on Polish law, legal practices and intra-EU projects.
Experience requirements / qualifications
- At least 5-10 years of licensing, contract, presales and support legal document management.
- Understands sensitivity and time-urgency of legal requests.
- Considerable experience with standard contracts such as NDAs, evaluation agreements, licensing agreements, and negotiations of these contracts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong online legal research skills and experience.
- Over 10 years using Microsoft, Adobe, contract management and electronic signature platforms and tools.
- Willingness to serve multiple regions, company groups and cultures, including flexible work hours.
- Strong writing, detail orientation, and drafting abilities.
- Self-starter work ethic; results-orientation; completion of tasks on time and with high quality.
- Effective international collaboration experience.
- Education requirements
- Completion of college and quality law or paralegal schools and universities.
- Legal or Paralegal Degrees in high quality Polish/EU universities appropriate for advanced legal work.
