As the Legal Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of SCM agreements from initiation to sign-off. Your role will ensure that all legal negotiations comply with local and international laws, while also aligning with AmRest’s rules and interests. You will adhere to best practices and global strategies across all markets, ensuring the supply chain management legal process is respected, regulatory compliance is maintained, and distribution interruptions are prevented.

Your challenges:

• Leading the legal process for concluding Supply chain/Procurement contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preventing interruptions in distribution,
• Creating, analyzing, negotiating, and executing contracts with various terms and conditions, aligning them with distribution needs and business objectives,
• Ensuring that all contracts are complying with regulatory guidelines and statutory provisions, consistently reflecting them in AmRest’s agreements,
• Drafting and developing standard contracts for internal and external business relationships,
• Supporting the creation and implementation of internal policies and procedures within the supply chain legal framework,
• Assisting business owners in negotiating supply chain/procurement contracts, advising management, and supervising contract implementation for optimal efficiency,
• Collaborating with international supply chain/procurement and legal teams in order to assure the best and most timely results.

Your skills & experience:

• Master’s degree in Law,
• Having at least 4 years of experience in a similar legal role, preferably in Supply Chain or Procurement,
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written,
• Understanding local and international contract laws and regulations related to Supply Chain Management or Procurement ,
• Demonstrated experience in drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
