What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a crypto company is a strong plus.
- We also welcome candidates without crypto experience if you’ve worked in‑house for the past three years and are eager to dive into fintech and crypto regulations.
Important: This is a full‑time role. We’re not considering project‑based or consulting arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments in cryptocurrency, blockchain, IT, and data protection.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents (contracts, NDAs, privacy policies, terms of use, platform agreements).
- Support the development of internal policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Track relevant legislative changes and ensure the company adapts accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on legal and compliance matters.
- Advise on regulatory topics, including MiCAR.
- Support KYC/AML procedures—assist with risk assessments only in specific cases requiring in‑depth legal review (we also have an experienced AML team).
Requirements
- Law degree from an EU jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of relevant post‑graduate legal experience.
- Recent experience in crypto regulation or as an in‑house counsel in a commercial organization.
- Strong communication skills in English.

Job Type
- Full‑time, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Cyprus time), with a 1‑hour lunch break.
- Fully remote or office‑based in Limassol (Cyprus) or Warsaw (Poland).
