Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Legal support in the handling of investment and construction processes (EPC), particularly drafting and negotiating the content of contracts entered into by companies within the group (including construction, supply, and security agreements)
• Legal support in the ongoing operations of companies within the capital group (with a particular focus on procedures related to the development of renewable energy projects)
• Drafting of legal documents (during judicial and administrative proceedings)
• Preparing, negotiating, and reviewing contracts related to the development of renewable energy projects
• Support in corporate services for R.Power Group companies in Poland and abroad

Requirements

• Attorney-at-law or legal counsel qualifications
• Experience in handling investment processes on the side of the Contractor or Investor in the renewable energy sector (RES)
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs – primarily Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as legal software – Lex, Legalis
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues
• Initiative and commitment to assigned tasks
• Organizational skills and good work organization
